Send us an email. As we aim to process your order within 24 hours of order date we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fees or shipping/returns charges.
FOR ITEMS NOT YET DISPATCHED TO YOU:
• If the item(s)
have not been dispatched and the cancelled item(s) is a
stocked item - i.e. something we usually stock and not something ordered in specifically for your order - we will refund your order in full, including shipping charges if applicable.

If the order was for something we don't keep in stock and was ordered in specifically for your order: If we are unable to cancel the ordering of stock with our supplier (i.e. if it was ordered in from a supplier where we can't return it, e.g. overseas supplier) we may treat such orders as firm sale (i.e. no refund) and are unable to accept cancellation of your order.
FOR ITEMS ALREADY DISPATCHED TO YOU:
• We may at our discretion issue a store credit for
stocked items - i.e. something we usually stock and not something ordered in specifically for your order - where a return is requested within 14 days and the item(s) are in a condition to re-sell as new. We will not refund freight charges.
• If the item was ordered in from a supplier where we can't return it (e.g. overseas supplier) the order is regarded as firm sale (i.e. no refund) and are unable to accept cancellation of the order. We will not refund freight charges.
FOR ITEMS WITH EXTENDED SUPPLY TIMELINES FROM OUR SUPPLIERS:
Items with extended supply timelines from our suppliers (over 4 weeks) are firm sale, excluding a 2 business day 'no-fault cancellation' window after we have updated you on the expected delay. After that 2-day notice period the order is considered firm sale and order cancellation is not available. The expected supply timeline is generally expressed as a window of time (e.g. 4-6 weeks).
Extended Delays: Instances where store credit or refunds may be offered:
• If we are able to cancel the supply of the item
with our supplier we will offer you a store credit.
• If, after proceeding with the order, there are further unexpected delays from our supplier and the delay on your item then exceeds the expected supply timeline that was communicated to you at the time of your ordering, we will update you on new expected timing and may offer a refund or store credit.
